Term and conditions
- There will be no refund policy however you can change your appointment schedule once only.
- The online service is for consultation only.
- If you need to have a procedure at clinic, you will be charged additionally .
- If you visit clinic after online consultation, you will be charged separately for the consultation.
- The online consultation fee will not cover any of services in clinic including consultation.
Online Consultation Charges
Currently we are providing only online consultation, one consultation cost you Rs: 2500/- PKR with 2.5% of service charges total amount is (2500 + 63 = 2563)
Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
We have no refund policy. If you miss your online consultation time we can give you one free reschedule your time

No warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, is given by the us in respect of the operation of the service.
Security:
We use Alfalah Bank payment gateway to get all payment details from patients using SSL encryption. Neither we recieve patient's credit card information (except last 4 digits) nor we save it on our server becuase patient directly enter credit card information on website of Alfalah Bank payment gateway. We shall never be liable for any failure by the Customer making the payment to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such other persons, during or after the online payment process.
Variations to the Terms and Conditions:
We reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions AND/OR Plocies without prior notice and current version is published on this website. We reserves the rights to decline any online payment without assigning any reason.
